MEDIA CONSENT, RELEASE, AND WAIVER

Thank you for your cooperation, we aim to help increase the number of subscribers on your YouTube channel by broadcasting your videos.
Your content will be broadcasted as they are, free of editing or manipulation (unless being dubbed from original language to Farsi), with your name and advertisements of your YouTube channel intact.
We look forward to our ongoing collaboration.

I hereby give consent to GLV TV (the “organization”) to stream and broadcast videos in my YouTube channel, in any public media owned by the organization.

Social Media usage shall be limited to teasers and snippets of the show and the organization is not permitted to broadcast the content in its entirety on social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.

I acknowledge that this consent is being made without any expectation of monetary compensation.

I have been informed that this authorization is voluntary and is subject to revocation at any time, by notifying the organization in writing.
